Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer Oracle Database 18c/19c/21c/23c with strong understanding of database architecture and operational fundamentals.
• Implement and manage high availability using Oracle Data Guard, including physical and logical configurations and Fast Start Failover.
• Own backup and recovery operations using Oracle RMAN, ensuring reliable restore and recovery procedures.
• Support Oracle RAC environments, including troubleshooting and day-to-day administration of clustered database services.
• Monitor and manage database health using Oracle OEM, and perform Oracle performance tuning to meet service targets.

Skills Required:

• 8-12 years of hands-on Oracle DBA experience
• Oracle 21c, Oracle 23c, Oracle 19c, Oracle 18c database administration fundamentals and architecture
• Oracle Data Guard (physical and logical) and Fast Start Failover
• Oracle RMAN for backup, recovery, and restore validation
• Oracle RAC, Oracle OEM, Oracle performance tuning, Oracle Multitenant (CDB/PDB), Oracle GoldenGate, and PL SQL

Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
