Responsibilities

• Implement and administer Oracle 11/19c databases on Solaris and Linux systems.
• Lead complex initiatives to design and implement performance tuning improvements.
• Optimize application and query performance by advising developers on data relationships and constraints.
• Automate database tasks to align with enterprise CI/CD workflows using Jenkins.
• Resolve complex database issues in development and production environments through deep analysis.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience implementing and managing production application databases.
• 8+ years of expertise developing and optimizing Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code.
• 8+ years of experience with Liquibase change management.
• 8+ years of experience with DB automation and CI/CD workflows using Jenkins.
• 8+ years of experience performing performance tuning using Explain Plan.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle internal views, architecture, tablespace consolidation, and partition analysis.
• 8+ years of experience troubleshooting Oracle databases on Solaris or Linux.
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL Developer.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on APEX development.
• 4+ years of experience with Erwin Modeling for star schema data models.
• 4+ years of experience developing support tools using SQL, PL/SQL, and Linux shell scripts.
