Description

You will manage and maintain database systems under the supervision of the IT lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Test programs and databases to identify and correct errors or implement necessary modifications.
• Modify existing database management systems and direct programmers or analysts through required changes.
• Plan and implement security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, damage, or disclosure.
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate database development and define project scope.
• Code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers for the management system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Proficiency with Oracle and SQL.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of Database Management System Software and Metadata Management Software.
• Experience using Backup or Archival Software.
• Familiarity with Object or Component Oriented Development Software.
• Ability to work with various Operating System Software.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to travel or relocate to various client sites across the USA.
