Description

Manage relational database design, administration, and troubleshooting across multiple environments including Oracle, MS-SQL, MongoDB, and Hyperion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer relational databases using SQL and object-oriented programming principles.
• Research, document, and resolve Oracle system issues by collaborating with developers and Oracle Support.
• Write SQL queries against Oracle tables to troubleshoot systems, develop metrics, and generate ad-hoc reporting.
• Manage MongoDB and Hyperion Enterprise Management System operations.
• Work with business customers to align database functionality with technical requirements and travel to client sites to set up systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Proficiency with Oracle RDBMS and MS-SQL Server.
• Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Hands-on experience with Data Modeling and ER Studio.
• Knowledge of Unix and shell scripting.
• Ability to use HP Service Manager.
