Description

Manage and optimize MongoDB environments, including Atlas, replica sets, sharding, and performance tuning, for banking and financial systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer MongoDB Atlas, replica sets, and sharding configurations.
• Implement high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and recovery strategies.
• Tune database performance and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate within CI/CD pipelines using Agile and SDLC methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Database Administrator experience.
• 5+ years of specific MongoDB administration experience.
• Strong background in Microsoft Azure.
• Banking or financial domain experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, SDLC, and Agile practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience with complex financial data architectures.
