Description

You will manage the design, development, and maintenance of relational databases and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and migrate MySQL servers, including service packs, hotfixes, and security patches.
• Manage MongoDB environments by implementing TTL, index optimization, sizing, and buffer tuning.
• Execute SQL Server administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts.
• Handle database backup, recovery, and new server setups within Unix environments.
• Optimize queries and manage collection data time durations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Proficiency with MySQL Server installation and migration.
• Experience managing MongoDB, including query optimization and sizing.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks in SQL Server via PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of Unix.
• Advanced Computer Architecture.
• Computer Networking.
• Computer Programming.
• Data Structures.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any).
