Description

Manage and support Oracle databases (10g through 12c), SQL Server, and Unix/AIX environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, migrate, and patch Oracle RAC, Standalone, and Data Guard environments across lower and higher environments.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and support Oracle Applications, SQL Database, and VM Ware infrastructure.
• Perform performance tuning and manage data transformation using Informatica PowerCenter and Business Objects.
• Write and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and administration tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Database (10g, 11g, 12c).
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and performance tuning.
• Strong experience with Unix/AIX administration and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server administration.
• Familiarity with VM Ware virtualization environments.
• Experience with Oracle Applications and Informatica PowerCenter.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or CE with 12 months of related work experience.
• Willingness to travel to unanticipated client site locations within the USA.
