Description

You will manage Oracle database infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for development and production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle Database 11g and 12c environments, including installation, configuration, and patching.
• Execute RMAN backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Data Guard, Enterprise Manager, Automatic Storage Management (ASM), and ACFS.
• Perform database performance tuning, capacity planning, and index optimization based on architectural analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams to support software lifecycle activities and resolve database-related issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in database administration or service administration roles.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle physical structure, architecture, and performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle RAC, and Oracle installations.
• Strong background in database design, data modeling, and scaling activities.
• Experience working directly with development teams in Agile or DevOps contexts.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, Managed Services, or SOA operational models.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
