Description

You will manage and optimize MySQL and MariaDB database environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Optimize SQL queries, indexing, and performance tuning to ensure database efficiency.
• Develop and maintain stored procedures and manage script deployments.
• Execute backup and restoration procedures and manage various replication types.
• Collaborate with developers to debug issues and monitor databases during load and performance tests.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of MySQL development experience.
• Hands-on experience with MariaDB.
• Proficiency in SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Expertise in indexing and writing stored procedures.
• Experience managing database backups and restoration processes.
• Knowledge of various replication methods.
• Experience with script deployment and database monitoring.
