Description

You will own the administration, maintenance, and migration of Oracle database environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Oracle Linux 8+ infrastructure and troubleshoot network connectivity.
• Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle databases in standalone or RAC environments.
• Manage Grid Infrastructure, including Clusterware, ASM, and OS Clusterware HA setups.
• Perform large-scale database migration and modernization tasks.
• Troubleshoot network issues using TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale Database Migration and Modernization.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Database architecture and administration (18c and 19c).
• Proficiency with Oracle ODAs 7 and 9 administration.
• Strong scripting skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and shell scripting.
• Experience administering Oracle Linux 8+ infrastructure.
• Understanding of network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and migration.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Oracle Applications technology.
