Description

You will manage data migration, cleanup, reporting, and hardware connectivity for the organization's systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute data migration, cleanup, and reporting tasks to ensure data integrity.
• Manage hardwired and wireless connections along with associated system hardware.
• Perform database backups, software updates, and installations to protect user information.
• Plan and implement security strategies for the network and assign user permissions.
• Support new product rollouts, including testing, piloting, and school-wide implementation.

Required Skills

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access.
• Experience with data migration and data cleanup.
• Ability to manage API connections and fixed asset system integrations.
• Skills in database design and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware and software installation for network environments.
• Analytical skills for determining organizational system needs.
• Experience with user interface report grading and QR code creation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a school or educational agency.
• Background managing school nutrition data applications and automated processes.
