Description

You will manage Microsoft SQL Server environments to support the migration, management, and storage of tolling-related information. You will own the database infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for critical data flows.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle environments.
• Develop and manage ETL processes between SQL databases to meet analyst and developer requirements.
• Monitor database storage, utilization, and performance through tuning and reporting.
• Execute recovery procedures to protect data against hardware and software failures.
• Collaborate with SAP SLT engineers to manage data flows from SAP into SQL Server.

Required Skills

• 6 years of experience managing production migrations for both data and systems.
• 6 years of experience creating and managing ETL processes.
• 6 years of experience developing scripts, tables, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and constraints using MS SQL Server and Oracle.
• 6 years of experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining database systems.
• 5 years of experience optimizing database performance using tuning techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and SAP.
• Experience with data discrepancy reporting and data modeling.
• Ability to follow source code control, automated testing, and deployment practices.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience in data modeling.
• 3 years of experience with SAP, specifically focusing on SLTs and Data Services.
