Description

Manage and maintain database infrastructure across Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, DocumentDB, MySQL, and Couchbase environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute periodic patching, security updates, and schema refreshes.
• Perform backup and recovery operations, including alert handling and user management.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues and optimize performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain Shell and Python scripts for automation.
• Provide 16x5 support on weekdays and 24x7 rotational night shifts on weekends.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, DocumentDB, MySQL, and Couchbase.
• Proficiency in Shell and Python scripting.
• Knowledge of cloud database services, specifically Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Amazon Web Services.
• Familiarity with ATLAS tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-cloud database management.
• Strong background in database security and compliance.
