Description

You will manage database administration and support for high-volume, 24x7 operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, patch, and upgrade databases while assisting with migrations.
• Implement high-availability and disaster recovery strategies, including periodic testing.
• Maintain backup, restore, and verification procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Develop monitoring, reporting, and proactive alerting tools.
• Identify problem trends, implement corrective actions, and support audit compliance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of database administration experience.
• Proficiency with Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of DB2.
• Operating system experience with Unix, Solaris, and Linux.
• Experience using RMAN.
• Bachelor's degree.
