Description

You will manage and maintain Oracle 19c databases to ensure performance, availability, and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle 19c databases, including RAC and Grid Infrastructure configuration for high availability.
• Manage Oracle Data Guard for disaster recovery and implement Commvault backups using RMAN.
• Execute data migrations, upgrades, and patching activities with minimal downtime.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for environment monitoring and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with architects on enterprise solutions and support development teams to automate deployment pipelines.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database Management, RAC, Grid Infrastructure, and Data Guard.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle RDS, AWS RDS, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Golden Gate and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Experience with Linux OS, shell scripting, and Cron jobs.
• Ability to plan and execute complex migrations and patching projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MSSQL.
