You will manage and maintain database environments, focusing on Sybase to SQL Server transitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage database migrations from Sybase to SQL Server.
• Troubleshoot complex database and system issues across Unix, Solaris, and Linux environments.
• Maintain database stability and performance.
• Communicate technical findings clearly through written and verbal reports.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience working with both Sybase and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in Unix, Solaris, or Linux operating systems.
• Proven experience in technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to demonstrate and explain all technical skills listed on your resume.
