You will manage database environments and execute complex migrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute migrations from Sybase to SQL Server.
• Troubleshoot database performance and connectivity issues.
• Maintain database stability within Unix and Solaris environments.
• Manage daily database operations and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Sybase.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SQL Server.
• Proven experience performing database migrations.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for performance issues.
• Experience working in Unix or Solaris environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with database monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of database security best practices.
