Description

You will manage enterprise Oracle databases, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and performance through rigorous maintenance and tuning.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle enterprise databases using high availability configurations and Data Guard for disaster recovery.
• Execute RMAN backup and recovery processes and manage Oracle Advanced Security.
• Design and implement logical and physical database models, including data dictionaries and relational models.
• Monitor database performance using utility programs to optimize memory usage and record distribution.
• Control user access levels and implement security recovery procedures to maintain data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Data Guard and GoldenGate.
• 5+ years of experience with Linux and Multitenant Oracle database environments.
• Expertise in Oracle Advanced Security and PL/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system environments related to database requirements.
• Proficiency in RMAN backup and recovery management.
• Deep understanding of database structures, theories, and performance tuning techniques.
• Experience with data modeling, prototyping, and designing physical and logical database models.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
