Description

You maintain and optimize Oracle and SQL Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance on Azure cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal Oracle and SQL Server systems to ensure top-tier stability and performance.
• Monitor and optimize system performance on Azure cloud, specifically Azure SQL Database services.
• Assist consultants and developers in writing efficient, complex SQL statements and stored procedures.
• Evaluate and integrate the latest database technologies into existing product architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of solid experience writing complex SQL statements and database-stored procedures.
• Proven experience installing and maintaining customer-hosted SQL Server or Oracle systems.
• Hands-on experience managing Azure SQL Database services.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing PowerShell scripts.
• Knowledge of alternative, non-relational database systems.
