Description

You will manage Oracle Database environments, ensuring high availability and performance for mission-critical production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle Database instances, handling performance tuning, backup, and recovery.
• Manage RMAN backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues in Linux/Unix environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to support enterprise projects and migrations.
• Monitor system health and optimize SQL queries for efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with RMAN backup and recovery strategies.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and collaborate effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Exadata and Oracle Data Guard.
• Familiarity with SAP environments or SQL Server administration.
• Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell for automation.
