Description

You will manage and maintain production and non-production databases across a multi-platform environment. You will own the full lifecycle of data storage, from design to maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all production and non-production databases.
• Define standards for physical data storage, maintenance, access, and security administration.
• Perform backup and recovery operations and configure database parameters.
• Prototype designs against logical data models and define data dictionary requirements.
• Optimize database access and re-allocate resources for performance and cost efficiency.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with various database management systems.
• 3+ years of experience in database design, testing, implementation, and administration.
• Proficiency in T-SQL and PL-SQL.
• Experience with Linux and Unix based systems.
• Experience with Microsoft OS.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Ocoee, FL.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in government or transportation sectors.
