• 8+ years of professional database administration experience.
• Expertise in database configuration and schema design.
• Proven experience with database migration workflows.
• Strong proficiency in performance monitoring and tuning.
• Deep understanding of database security principles.
• Hands-on experience with backup and data recovery strategies.
• Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
