Description

Architect and maintain a PostgreSQL data warehouse on AWS to support analytical needs and software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the PostgreSQL data warehouse hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Design, automate, and manage ETL processes for data migrations and submissions.
• Migrate datasets from SQL Server, Oracle, Access, and Excel into the warehouse.
• Perform database performance tuning, optimization, and security implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PostgreSQL and SQL Server database management.
• 3+ years of experience performing database migrations using ETL tools.
• 3+ years of experience with data warehousing.
• Proficiency in SQL and ETL (Extraction, Transform, Load) workflows.
• Experience managing diverse data sources including Oracle, Access, and Excel.
• 6+ months of experience working with AWS data warehouse technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with database architecture and data modeling.
• Background in Oracle database management and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience with performance analysis tools and implementing database security.
