Description

You will own the implementation, support, and optimization of SAP HANA solutions within the enterprise data and analytics platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices for SAP HANA environments.
• Develop and maintain SLA and audit frameworks to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Drive capacity planning and performance optimization through workload analysis and quarterly reviews.
• Lead the design and automation of platform processes, including ingestion, backup, and alerting.
• Provide expert-level support for the Enterprise Data & Analytics platform, leading incident management and root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in database administration and platform support.
• Expertise with SAP HANA operations, performance tuning, and cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong proficiency in automation scripting using Python or Shell.
• Experience managing data ingestion and extraction using BODS and Kafka integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for SAP environments.
• Demonstrated ability in performance testing, code optimization, and change control management.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance frameworks for enterprise SAP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake and Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystems.
