Description

You will manage and support enterprise-scale hybrid infrastructure, including databases and web applications. You will administer and maintain databases and business applications running on MS SQL, MySQL, Azure Managed SQL, and Linux server instances. You will monitor and optimize database performance while managing MS IIS, WordPress, and Apache webhosting services. You will execute backup and recovery operations and perform root cause analysis for reported technical issues. You will collaborate with security teams to scan for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with FedRAMP requirements. You will document SOPs, configuration management practices, and data flow diagrams. You will manage customer requests and trouble tickets via the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain databases and business applications across MS SQL, MySQL, Azure Managed SQL, and Linux environments.
• Monitor and optimize database performance while managing MS IIS, WordPress, and Apache webhosting services.
• Execute backup and recovery operations and perform root cause analysis for reported technical issues.
• Collaborate with security teams to scan for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with FedRAMP requirements.
• Document SOPs, configuration management practices, and data flow diagrams.

Required Skills

• At least 6 years of experience in database and business application administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with MS SQL, MySQL, GitLab, and Linux server environments.
• Experience writing code for database access, modifications, and stored procedures.
• Ability to construct data decomposition and data flow diagrams.
• Active Public Trust Clearance.
• Valid Microsoft Certified Azure Database Administrator or MCSA for SQL 2019 (or later) certification.
• Bachelor's degree.
