You will manage and maintain critical database infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security for large-scale environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer, tune, and maintain large-scale database environments.
• Implement and audit database security protocols.
• Design and manage High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
• Automate database operations using scripting and cloud tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Database administration.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• 3+ years expertise in automation using AWS CloudFormation Templates (CFT) and Lambda functions.
• Deep understanding of HA, DR, database storage technologies, and data replication.
• Strong experience with Linux and VM platforms, including 5+ years of hands-on experience.
• Expertise in performance tuning for enterprise-class database environments.
• Proficiency with automation tools: Python, YAML, and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud operations.
