Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer SQL Server databases including installation, configuration, security, and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage high availability and disaster recovery using Always On Availability Groups and SQL Log Shipping.
• Perform SQL performance tuning and troubleshoot query/database issues to meet performance and stability targets.
• Support reporting and data delivery using SSRS and ETL workflows using SSIS.
• Monitor database health, manage backups and recovery, and ensure operational readiness for incidents.

Skills Required:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in SQL Server database administration
• SQL DBA (database administration experience)
• SQL Server (database administration and operational support)
• High availability and disaster recovery concepts (Always On Availability Groups, log shipping)
• Database performance tuning and troubleshooting for SQL Server

Must Have:

• SQL Server Always On, 
• Always On Availability Groups, 
• SQL Log Shipping, 
• SQL Performance Tuning, 
• SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, High Availability,
•  Disaster Recovery

Education: B.E., B.Tech, BCA (any branch)
