You will manage, monitor, and optimize cloud-based database environments and data replication processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud-based databases and storage systems.
• Integrate databases into development processes through close collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Execute data integration, replication, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Implement database security measures to ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS regulations.
• Manage cloud-based data storage using tools like Amazon S3 and Google Cloud Storage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in database administration.
• Proficiency with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Expertise in cloud-based data storage and management tools including Amazon S3 and Google Cloud Storage.
• Knowledge of traditional performance optimization applied to cloud environments.
• Experience with HVR software platforms and data replication solutions.
• Strong understanding of database security and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for working with clients and internal stakeholders.
