Description

Lead a team of database administrators while managing MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle environments. Ensure performance, security, and reliability across all database systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DBA team, providing technical guidance for day-to-day operations and incident resolution.
• Oversee administration of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases to maintain high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define database architecture and optimization strategies.
• Manage capacity planning, resource utilization analysis, and backup/recovery strategies.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in database administration.
• Proficiency in MySQL and PostgreSQL management.
• Experience managing Oracle databases, specifically in combination with MySQL.
• Strong expertise in performance tuning and optimization.
• Deep understanding of database security and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of data architecture.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Fintech companies.
