Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's SQL Server database infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess, document, and maintain existing SQL Server environments.
• Plan and execute database migrations across SQL Server versions and hybrid platforms.
• Perform regular backups, restores, data validation, and health checks.
• Implement and maintain high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensure database security and document operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in SQL Server database administration.
• Proficiency in T-SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server backup/restore, scripting, and migration techniques.
• Experience working with SQL Server clustering and Always On Availability Groups.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization.
• Working knowledge of data integrity and security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid cloud database platforms.
