Description

Provide on-site database and system support across various hardware and software platforms. Monitor system performance, collect statistical data, and generate reports to optimize capacity and efficiency. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, operating system, and database issues. Plan and execute software installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching activities. Manage system and database backups, and perform manual failover procedures when necessary.

Required Skills

• Experience with Team Center NX.
• Experience with Siemens related suite of tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
