Description

You will own the migration of ITAM data from legacy sources to the Ivanti suite, ensuring data integrity and alignment with ITSM requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage relational data models to support Ivanti ITSM and Neurons platform requirements.
• Design and populate the configuration management database (CMDB) and asset inventories.
• Plan and execute ETL activities, including extraction, transformation, loading, testing, and validation.
• Review existing data systems and security to provide migration roadmaps and recommendations.
• Execute data cleansing, standardization, and purging to transform legacy data into Ivanti.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database design, development, and analysis.
• Hands-on ETL experience migrating legacy ITAM data to Ivanti platforms.
• Proven experience mapping legacy records to Ivanti object structures.
• Strong SQL skills with proficiency in PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Expertise in data cleansing, validation, and resolving data anomalies.
• In-depth knowledge of Ivanti data mapping and platform capabilities.
• Familiarity with CI relationships and CMDB structures within ITSM/ITAM contexts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ivanti ITSM, Neurons for Discovery/Configuration, and CA Service Desk Manager (SDM) or Asset Portfolio Management (APM).
• Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices, specifically Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Change Enablement.
