You will manage data analysis, entry, and maintenance for the MCH Helpline and Indiana 211 Partnership platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the MCH integrated intake system and update resources in the Liv Pregnancy Mobile App.
• Manage data exporting and importing across database systems using Tableau and Excel.
• Update provider capacity for the OB Navigation Initiative within the Indiana 211 database.
• Resolve discrepancies in source documents by applying program procedures and consulting management.
• Produce caller data reports using filters for referrals, call types, and provider needs.

Required Skills

• Two years of experience with database management systems or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel and database software.
• Experience with data analysis, Tableau, and Excel.
• Knowledge of Information and Referral (I&R) standards and taxonomy terms.
• Ability to apply moderately complex procedures to data screens.
• Strong logical and analytical skills for data entry decision-making.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Information Technology, Informatics, or a related program.

Preferred Skills

• AIRS (Alliance of Information and Referral Systems) training or certification.
• One year of relevant database experience specifically with AIRS training.
