Description

Design and develop Microsoft SQL Server data structures to support data modernization and strategic initiatives. You will own the full development lifecycle, from Sprint planning to deployment, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop database structures and process changes based on weekly Sprint specifications.
• Optimize database interactions using SQL, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
• Execute database change requests in coordination with developer and Data Resource Management teams.
• Ensure all development complies with data security, access models, and Federal CCWIS regulations.
• Collaborate with program areas to deliver strategic roadmap components and fulfill legislative mandates.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Transact-SQL, SQL, Data Analysis, and JSON.
• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Visual Studio.
• 7-9 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server, Reporting Services, and Business Intelligence.
• 7-9 years of experience in HTML DOM and Windows environments.
• 4-6 years of experience in C#, MVC, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and TCP/IP.
• 4-5 years of experience in Microsoft .NET framework.
• Proven experience with design patterns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile Software Development and the SDLC.
• Background in County, State, or Federal Human Services technical solutions.
• Knowledge of Apache, SOAP, Angular, Erwin, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
