Description

You will design and develop Microsoft SQL Server data structures to support data modernization efforts and Child Welfare transformation strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop database structures and process changes based on Sprint planning specifications and established data standards.
• Optimize database interactions using SQL, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
• Ensure all development complies with data security models, federal CCWIS regulations, and legislative mandates.
• Manage the database change request process in coordination with developers and Data Resource Management teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SQL, Transact-SQL, JSON, and Data Analysis.
• 7-9 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Reporting Services, and Business Intelligence.
• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.
• 4-5 years of experience with the Microsoft .NET framework.
• 7-9 years of experience with HTML DOM and Windows environments.
• 4-6 years of experience with C#, MVC, XML, JavaScript, and HTML.
• 7-9 years of experience applying design patterns.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Development Operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Child Welfare or Human Services contexts.
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development and the full software development life cycle.
