Description

You will design, develop, and maintain relational database solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design efficient database schemas and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Perform database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data integration and migration.
• Implement backup, recovery, and security strategies while monitoring database health.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Database Analyst, Database Programmer, or SQL Developer.
• Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, or T-SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience with database design, normalization, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and data migration processes.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS, or Google Cloud SQL).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
