Description

You will focus on database and API testing to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases, report defects, and conduct regression testing.
• Maintain testing documentation including validation plans, risk assessments, and traceability matrices.
• Participate in product discovery, development cycles, and deployment verification.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Testing teams to provide status reports.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for all testing activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or Quality Assurance.
• Strong proficiency in Data Testing and interacting with databases.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools and techniques.
• Practical knowledge of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and n-tiered testing strategies.
• Experience using version control repositories such as Git or SVN.
• Ability to understand technical software concepts and document objective evidence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Playwright for test automation.
• Security testing experience using OWASP ZAP.
• Performance testing experience using JMeter or Blazemeeter.
