Description

You will design, manage, and optimize scalable cloud data solutions and infrastructure automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable cloud data solutions in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Optimize SQL queries, data storage, and processing pipelines for performance.
• Manage database upgrades, replication, and disaster recovery to ensure high availability.
• Monitor systems for performance bottlenecks and resolve production incidents during on-call rotations.
• Automate infrastructure and integrate monitoring, auditing, and alerting systems.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience managing RDBMS or Big Data solutions.
• Strong SQL skills with experience authoring complex queries.
• Deep understanding of indexing, database upgrades, restores, and replication.
• Hands-on experience with relational or non-relational databases (NoSQL) or Big Data systems.
• Technical knowledge of Google Cloud services including Cloud SQL, Bigtable, and BigQuery.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform.
• Data Engineering experience.
• Google Cloud and automation knowledge.
