Description

Manage, maintain, and support production, staging, and non-production database environments while troubleshooting incidents and optimizing data workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain multiple database environments across production and non-production lifecycles.
• Execute SQL scripts for administrative tasks, corrective actions, and data maintenance including SSN/UUID updates.
• Monitor, schedule, and troubleshoot ETL jobs, data refreshes, and batch processing tasks.
• Respond to database-related incidents and service requests to ensure system availability.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation for recurring operational tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database application support.
• Strong SQL proficiency with Oracle SQL/PL-SQL preferred.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Experience with ETL scheduling tools such as Control-M, AutoSys, or Tidal.
• Understanding of schema management, database structures, and job deployment.
• Familiarity with application environments including Production, UAT, and Staging.
• Experience supporting database-driven applications (e.g., MAS, MUSE, or Benefit Workstation).
