Description

You will design database structures and data collection systems by transforming legislative requirements into functional system components.

Responsibilities

• Design database objects and perform data modeling to meet client operational requirements.
• Develop, test, and implement software using Oracle PL/SQL coding.
• Troubleshoot application issues to identify and implement technical solutions.
• Prepare technical and user documentation for database systems.
• Provide database support by coding utilities and resolving complex user problems.

Required Skills

• 84+ months of experience interpreting physical database models and relational database concepts, including indexes, primary/foreign keys, and constraints.
• 84+ months of experience developing with Oracle PL/SQL, specifically database packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• 84+ months of experience working with Oracle version 11g or later.
• 84+ months of experience using Oracle programming tools such as SQL*Plus or SQL*Loader.
• 60+ months of experience designing relational databases.
• 48+ months of experience using at least two of the following: dynamic SQL, FORALL and BULK COLLECT, SYS_REFCURSOR, SYS_CONTEXT, or PL/SQL logging.
• 24+ months of experience integrating multiple database schemas.
• Expert-level proficiency in Oracle and PL/SQL.
