Description

Design and support n-tier ASP.NET and Angular applications while managing data architecture, ETL processes, and database integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and client operations to determine database structural requirements and system specifications.
• Design and deploy n-tier ASP.NET web applications using VB.NET web services, WCF, and MVC .NET.
• Develop and maintain Angular Single Page Applications (versions 9-14) with Redux for state management.
• Execute complex SQL queries, manage Oracle and PL/SQL packages, and handle JSON data processing.
• Monitor ETL pipelines, perform database backups, and support data restoration and migration tasks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years designing application architecture and developing n-tier ASP.NET applications (VB.NET, WCF, MVC .NET).
• 5+ years experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, and SQL programming.
• 3+ years developing Angular SPAs (v9-14) with Redux and accessibility compliance.
• 3+ years experience with SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).
• 2+ years experience with government human service eligibility systems.
• 2+ years applying object-oriented principles to design complex business objects.
• Strong understanding of ETL, data governance, and data quality checks.
• Ability to provide guidance to large teams and resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience working with non-technical staff to define system requirements.
