Description

You will design and implement large-scale data engineering solutions and ETL/ELT pipelines across multi-terabyte SQL and NoSQL environments. You will architect solutions within AWS Cloud leveraging multiple services for large-volume data storage, processing, and analysis. You will bridge the gap between technical complexities and business requirements through direct stakeholder interaction and clear communication of technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines for multi-terabyte SQL/NoSQL databases and data warehouse environments.
• Architect scalable data solutions within AWS Cloud for storage, processing, and analysis.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
• Handle ambiguous and evolving requirements through critical thinking and problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI/ML, insights, business intelligence, and data warehouse products.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Solution Architect on cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• 5+ years of experience in database architecture using relational SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
• 4+ years of experience with ETL/ELT design and development using Talend, Informatica, AWS Glue, or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• 4+ years of experience with programming languages including Python, Node.js, Java, or Scala.
• 4+ years of solutioning experience in AWS Cloud environments.
• 3+ years of experience building serverless applications on AWS using Athena, Glue, EC2, Lambda, and Kinesis.
• 2+ years of experience with large-scale data processing platforms such as Spark, EMR, or HPC computing (Apache Aurora, Slurm).
• 2+ years of experience building architectural solutions using Vizio, Draw.io, or Miro.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML integration within data pipelines.
