Description

You will design and implement enterprise-level data strategies and physical data models to support large-scale applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise data strategies and architectures aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Design logical and physical data models, ensuring data acquisition and security requirements are met.
• Lead technical teams in implementing on-premises and cloud-based database solutions.
• Review existing architectures to identify and replace underperforming components.
• Collaborate with DBAs and IT personnel to establish secure data backup and recovery methods.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years in data architect roles involving engineering, solutioning, or design.
• Hands-on expertise in AWS RDS services.
• Proficiency in T-SQL and P-SQL architecture.
• Experience with database schema design and schema conversion across different platforms.
• Practical knowledge of data quality, data security, and reporting/analytics.
• Experience leading data strategy for IT transformation programs in AWS environments.
• Ability to work within waterfall, agile, and hybrid development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the automotive domain.
• Knowledge of specific data and information security requirements.
