We are seeking an experienced Database Architect with expertise in designing and modernizing enterprise cloud data architectures using Azure SQL Managed Instance and public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, and GCP). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud migration, enterprise architecture, database modernization, and hybrid cloud environments. Experience in the Life & Annuities Insurance domain is a plus.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures using Azure SQL Managed Instance.
• Lead database and application modernization initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Develop migration strategies for legacy applications and databases.
• Optimize enterprise workloads for performance, scalability, and cost.
• Define architecture standards, governance, security, and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance.
• Define disaster recovery, availability, security, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor production environments and recommend performance improvements.
• Create architecture documentation, standards, and reusable templates
