Description

You will own the architecture, design, and implementation of database systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large DBA support teams through complex database design, development, and implementation.
• Provide technical leadership for architecture and design of various system components.
• Guide high-level design for new initiatives and analyze their impact on enterprise architecture.
• Take responsibility for developing large-scale web applications and related systems, including analysis and unit testing.
• Contribute to engineering standards and participate in capacity analysis for peak load planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in database architecture.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and MySQL.
• Proven expertise in performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of database management and architecture principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale web application development.
