Description

You will architect and deliver database solutions, leading end-to-end ETL development and system optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and optimize database systems for scalability and performance.
• Lead end-to-end ETL development using SQL Server, Python, and Linux components.
• Develop T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures following best practices.
• Drive Python-based scripting, automation, and integration workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex data and performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in ETL development focusing on SQL Server, Python, and Linux.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) and T-SQL.
• Strong understanding of Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Python for scripting, automation, and data integration.
• Proven experience with onshore-offshore team coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Experience preparing and maintaining technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud technologies (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3).
• Exposure to modern data pipelines or CI/CD practices.
