Own database architecture and project delivery in a collaborative Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and communicate progress directly with management.
• Translate customer input into actionable technical requirements and deliverables.
• Develop instructional materials and define project scopes.
• Apply Agile methodologies to streamline development and deployment cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database architecture or data engineering.
• Proficient in SQL for complex query writing and optimization.
• Strong command of Microsoft Visual Studio for development tasks.
• Advanced Excel and Access skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Proven experience with Agile project management practices.
• Background in data analytics with a structured analytical mindset.
• Experience integrating with Teamcenter or SAP environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to surface preparation and coatings industries.
• Shipbuilding domain experience.
