Description

You will design, implement, secure, and optimize MongoDB and Vector DB infrastructure, including business solutions in hybrid cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MongoDB infrastructure to ensure high availability, resiliency, scalability, and performance.
• Architect business solutions within hybrid cloud environments.
• Manage and optimize cloud database services and infrastructure.
• Develop automation and management scripts using PowerShell and Unix shell.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in database technologies.
• 5+ years of extensive experience with MongoDB Atlas and Vector database technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud databases and cloud services including AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• 3+ years of experience designing business solutions in hybrid cloud environments.
• Proficiency with MongoDB, DocumentDB, Cosmos DB, and SQL.
• Strong command of SQL, PowerShell, and Unix shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Mongo CLI and MongoDB Compass.
• Experience using SQL tools such as TOAD, SQL Developer, and pgAdmin.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cosmos DB and DocumentDB in production environments.
• Familiarity with advanced Vector DB search and indexing strategies.
