Description

You will act as a senior technical resource focusing on ETL development, production support, and database optimization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain existing ETL processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Design, develop, and implement ETL packages using SSIS.
• Write SQL code including stored procedures, views, and other database objects.
• Perform performance tuning by reviewing SQL queries, execution plans, partitions, and indexes.
• Convert manual data manipulation tasks, such as Excel-based workflows, into automated SSIS packages.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ETL and SQL development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Proficiency in SQL development and database programming.
• Ability to write technical documentation including requirements and process maps.
• Experience working both independently with high-level guidance and within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills for producing clear, concise technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data governance best practices and procedures.
• Background in the investment or financial market industry.
