Description

You will own database procedure management and lifecycle automation within Enterprise Cloud Services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate lifecycle management activities to reduce manual effort and total cost of ownership.
• Design and structure integrated end-to-end lifecycle management procedures.
• Manage integration scenarios and installation processes for accelerated growth environments.
• Drive issue resolution by collaborating with technical teams and expert networks.
• Coordinate between stakeholder groups inside and outside the delivery organization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an IBM DB2 database administrator.
• Expertise in IBM DB2 and SAP HANA installation, configuration, and administration.
• Deep knowledge of performance tuning for DB2 and SAP HANA.
• Experience implementing high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies for DB2/DB6 and HANA.
• Hands-on experience with Pacemaker.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with SAP application technology, including NetWeaver.
• Professional background in cloud infrastructure, system administration, or SAP cloud migration projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing installations in multi-cloud environments.
• Experience working within international teams.
